Dead or Alive

Dead or Alive Cover

System: PS1

Genre: 3D Fighting

Release: 3/31/98

Completed: No

A fighting game staple nowadays, Dead or Alive started out for most of us on the original PlayStation. As one of the first 3D fighters out there, Dead or Alive helped set the foundation for what other 3D fighting games should be by including an in-depth countering system as well as faster paced fighting overall. Oh, and it also featured a cast of female characters that were better known for their physique than their fighting prowess. In 3D. I think you know where I’m going with this.
