A video game collection in blog form… a constant work in progress
For a game so old (one of the PS1’s earliest), this game still holds up. Gorgeous visuals, bright colors, and solid platforming make Rayman a future must-play. At the time of this writing (February, 2013) Rayman is in a sort of Renaissance. He started out here as a platformer, then made a few sequels before stepping into the Rabbids generation of minigames and obscurity, and now with the release and success of Rayman Origins and upcoming Rayman Legends, we’re back to stellar platformers.
Anyway, I have a lot of love for Rayman. This game is a great one, and an easy recommendation.
