Being on a classic game reboot kick as of late, it doesn’t surprise me in the very least that I spilled some cash for Asteroids. The original Asteroids is the definition of a classic video game: vector graphics, fun and simple gameplay, and a game that you can play for hours or minutes and still have a great time. The remake here features 3D graphics, missions having you do more than just survive in an asteroid field, and more. My hopes aren’t high for this one, but I actually think as a collection with other remakes (Frogger, Pong, etc.) it’s a fun one to have.
